About Todd

Im geared toward the senior population and military members — people who want structure, respect, and a coach who listens.

One year into Kinetic Edge, I built this practice around the people I actually want to help: men who are post-injury, post-career-peak, or just starting out and tired of being ignored by mainstream fitness.

Actually training with a bodybuilder made me look at fitness at a different way.

That experience taught me that physique change is not magic. It is reps, recovery, food, and patience — applied consistently. My coaching mixes bodybuilding with added nutrition and body recomp so you look better without living in the gym.

FAQ

Common questions.

Yes. Most of my clients come in with little or no gym history. The first phase is built to teach you the movements, build your confidence, and establish a baseline.

You get a plan written for your body, your schedule, and your goals — not a template pulled off a shelf. We check in, adjust, and progress.

Most clients train 3 days per week. The program is built around consistency, not volume. You do not need to live here to see change.

Absolutely. We start with what you can do safely, then build from there. Recovery and smart progression are part of the plan from day one.
